Job Description
Manage the daily operations of the practice including patient scheduling/registration, medical records, data entry, cash posting, daily bank deposit activity, office maintenance and computer systems to include practice management/billing systems and electronic health records systems.
Supervise and develop medical office personnel to ensure maximum efficiency in practice operations including staff selection, onboarding/training, scheduling, and other personnel related activity.
Ensure practice is providing the appropriate level of patient service including the resolution of patient concerns/issues.
Manage, implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
Oversee compliance related activity.
Provide additional administrative support to the physicians through the completion of assigned tasks.
Serve as practice liaison to Integrated Dermatology corporate team
Qualifications:Qualifications
Successful track record leading a team
Billing and financial experience is required.
Exceptional communication skills.
Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and other relevant medical practice regulations.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Strong ability to multi-task.
Hands on approach to team building
Job Type:
Full-time: Monday-Friday
Experience:
5+ years of experience as an Office Manager in a medical office setting.
1 year experience in Dermatology, preferred but not required.
Experience with medical software and knowledge of proper coding (ICD-10) and medical billing process.
Experience building office culture and cross functional teams to enhance patient experience and practice growth.
Education:
Associates degree required
