Qualifications you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
7+ years of experience in data analytics, quality management, or a related field within the healthcare industry.
Proven experience in developing dashboards, projections, and reporting on quality measures.
Proficient in data visualization tools and software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and analytics platforms (e.g., SQL, R, Python).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Deep Knowledge of NYS QARR, Medicare Stars, along with HEDIS measures.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities:
Dashboard Development: Lead the design and implementation of interactive dashboards to visualize quality performance metrics. Ensure dashboards provide actionable insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making
Projections and Forecasting: Develop and manage predictive models and projections to forecast quality measure outcomes and trends. Use advanced analytics to anticipate future performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Reporting: Oversee the preparation and delivery of comprehensive reports on quality measures, including HEDIS, Medicare Stars, and other relevant metrics. Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and tailored to meet the needs of various stakeholders.
Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of quality performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Use statistical methods and data mining techniques to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaboration: Work closely with clinical, operational, and IT teams to integrate quality analytics into organizational processes. Provide guidance on how to leverage data insights for quality improvement initiatives.
Quality Improvement: Partner with quality improvement teams to ensure that data insights are used effectively to drive improvements in quality measures. Support the implementation of strategies based on analytical findings.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Provide guidance on best practices for data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
Tool and Technology Management: Evaluate and implement analytics tools and technologies to enhance reporting capabilities and data visualization. Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary resources and training.
Compliance: Ensure that all analytics activities comply with relevant regulations and standards. Maintain data integrity and accuracy across all reporting and analytics processes.
