AVGI is a real estate investment firm that purchases opportunistic assets in New York as well as secondary and tertiary markets throughout the United States. The firm currently has over $300 million of real estate holdings across 6 markets – Long Island, New York City, Houston, Little Rock, St. Louis, and Binghamton.
As a Marketing & Content Creation Specialist, you will collaborate directly with the Head of Content to shape and execute marketing strategies for the company’s personal and business brands, as well as for affiliated companies. You will play a critical role in creating and managing content, driving social media engagement, and boosting brand visibility across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow social media accounts for the business and affiliated brands.
Collaborate on content creation, branding, and marketing campaigns for social media, websites, and affiliated companies.
Assist with investor marketing, including content for investor presentations and marketing collateral.
Develop and maintain cohesive branding strategies for real estate properties and AVGI’s portfolio.
Support personal brand-building efforts, including managing content for courses and educational products.
Oversee property-level marketing and branding initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging.
Assist in refining company websites, providing fresh content, and keeping branding up to date.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media marketing, branding, and content creation.
Experience in running & optimizing ad campaigns for lead generation & brand awareness.
Excellent writing and communication skills with a flair for creating engaging content.
Familiarity with real estate or finance industries.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other content creation tools.
Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and a passion for storytelling through content.
