MRA (The Management Association) is seeking a
Digital Marketing Coordinator . Join MRA's Marketing as a Digital Marketing Coordinator responsible for supporting and implementing marketing campaigns that promote MRA's brand, products, and services through various channels, with an emphasis on our social platforms. Key duties include scheduling posts, analyzing engagement metrics, content creation, and optimizing campaigns for reach and engagement. This role also involves collaborating with other teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends and platform algorithms.
As a Digital Marketing Coordinator at MRA, you get to:Manage day-to-day social media administration, including calendar maintenance, notifications, comments, and responses, both natively and using Hootsuite.Assist with the creation and execution of social media strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization across channels, both organic and paid.Assist with the creation of marketing emails, including formatting, drafting, and managing approvals. Work within Pardot and Salesforce to assist with list generation and tracking.Assist with website maintenance and SEO implementation within our website platform, including drafting and formatting content and ensuring website best practices are followed.Assist with analytics and tracking across platforms and channels.Coordinate projects and help us track task completion.Develop and execute content ideas for social media and other platforms.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or another related area. 1-2 years of previous experience preferred.Task management and critical thinking skills.Strong writing and communication skills, with a firm grasp of grammar.Basic knowledge of social media and email marketing techniques.Interest in marketing analytics and tracking.Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and software, including social media tools (Hootsuite)Data-driven decision-making skills.Graphic design, video production, or other content creation skills are a plus.What's in it for you?
