Job Summary

We are looking for a SUPERSTAR enthusiastic educated and licensed Physical Therapist to help patients improve their mobility and move forward. You will work closely with our team and under the direction of one of our doctors of physical therapy, to evaluate and treat patients with medical problems or other conditions that limit their ability to move or perform functional activities.

Our therapist needs to be a self-motivated, very organized individual with an advanced degree in physical therapy from an APTA-accredited physical therapy program. Individuals must have a current PA state license in good standing with the State Board of Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

Evaluating each patient that is specific to age, illness, injury, and/or disease.

TIMELY preparing a written plan of care based on evaluation findings.

Supervising the implementation of each plan of care, and coordinating treatment with support staff.

Tracking established clinic metrics for both therapist and administrative staff.

Being a proactive member of our team bringing proposed solutions to any problems that may arise.

Helping foster a professional environment that is friendly and welcoming to everyone.

Displaying a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure each patient’s satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven working experience as a Physical Therapist

Excellent knowledge of physiology best practices and standards

Hands-on experience with therapeutic exercises, functional training, and physical modalities

Ability to communicate and instruct effectively

Healthcare administration and documentation skills

License to practice or relevant certification

CPR Certification (Preferred)
