DevOps ServiceNow Developer, Senior

ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team in the Aurora, CO or Chantilly, VA areas.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Develop ServiceNow solutions and enhancements using core platform capabilities

Develops the applications including configuration, report development and data migration, where applicable

Identifies and implements best-practice solutions to address client requirements

Performs custom development and 3rd party integrations

Performs unit-testing and resolves code defects

Migrates code changes to the production environment

Assists with technical design and documentation

Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow that support business requirements

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of software development experience

Requires a Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Systems or 4 additional years of experience

2+ years of experience working on a large and complex software development project

Experience with developing Service Catalog and ServiceNow workflows

Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Ruby, Python, Perl, Bash, JavaScript)

Possess a current DoD Approved 8570 IAT Level II Certification (e.g. Security+ CE)

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)

Logical problem-solving approach and the ability to clearly communicate the situation and proposed solution to the customer

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present in a group setting

Possesses a sense of urgency, strong organizational and follow up skills

Security Clearance Requirements:

TS/SCI w/Poly

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time

Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer

Must be able to see and detect information on a computer screen
