University Medical Partners (UMP), a partner of Stanford Medicine, is seeking a full-time BC/BE Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our group. We have opportunities in Pleasanton, Castro Valley/Hayward locations. Position Details:Community-based practice modelFull time 40 hours per week (split as 4 hours per day patient-facing and 4 hours per day to cover in-basket work for other physicians as assigned)Minimum 1-2 years of primary care or urgent care experience requiredAbility to carry own panel of patients and cover other physiciansAbility to take pediatric call (Castro Valley/Hayward locations only)Work with collaborative and supportive staffOpportunity to practice full-spectrum primary care including basic outpatient proceduresClinicians see an average of 10-12 patients per half dayLaboratory and radiology services available onsiteAccess to Stanford specialists in-office as well as nearby officesDiverse patient populationApplicants for Castro Valley and Hayward locations must be able to split time between both sitesWhy practice with us?Compensation: Salary range (based on YOE): $172,557 - $215,126 per year plus 10% annual bonusGenerous benefits package including 401k, profit sharing, and moreSign-on bonus availableRelocation bonus availableCollaborative and collegial environmentPhysician-led and managed Medical GroupPartner with Stanford University School of Medicine FacultyWe utilize EPIC EMR as our electronic medical recordAbout Us: University Medical Partners is a California professional corporation owned and led by physicians and other healthcare practitioners.
