Business Development Representative (BDR)

The BDR role at Prive is an opportunity to be one of the early sales hires at a super fast growing startup, which means you will meaningfully contribute to shape the culture and trajectory of the sales organization. You will work directly with our team of seasoned AEs as well as our leadership team. You will seek new business opportunities by engaging potential customers and helping them unlock the benefits of Prive.As a member of the early go-to-market team, success will require an owner’s mindset, organization, hustle, and the ability to proactively do whatever it takes to get the next account. As a founding BDR you will play a pivotal role in driving and landing our early strategic accounts.As an BDR not only will you own unlocking our most important accounts, but you will also have a front row seat to what it takes to run and scale an early stage startup. We are strong believers in reinventing the status quo and are on a mission to change how we buy and sell online. We are looking for teammates who share that passion.What you will do:

Generate new pipeline (cold email, Slack, Discord, LinkedIn outreach, field events, networking, etc.)

Ownership of outreach to prospects in order to educate them on the value of Prive and subscriptions to their business.

Develop a plan to unlock new verticals and accounts.

Track your data and report your weekly sales results to the co-founding team.

Who we are looking for:

1-3 years of e-commerce or SaaS related experience - you will be engaging with executives of some of the hottest digitally native brands and should be able to talk the talk.

Outbound experience- this role requires deep proactivity and the ability to adapt and change tactics based on our early sales strategy

Data Proficiency - this role requires the ability to manipulate data and develop validation models.

Organization & attention to detail- we have ambitious targets and meaty challenges. As a member of the team, you’ll need to be diligent in tracking your data, understanding the pipeline, and constantly improving your process. This also requires sales tooling and CRM proficiency.

Ambition - You understand that in this role, there aren’t many limits or guardrails. Your quota is there to be crushed.
