We are seeking a highly effective supply chain professional to manage one of Amazon’s highest spend commodities - AWS in-house design product. In this role, the candidate will manage a semiconductor supply chain with multiple products in close collaboration with both internal and external cross-functional teams. These qualifications are critical to help enable AWS’s AIS team achieve continuity of supply and cost goals. Key Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate must be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, high attention to detail, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Candidates must have excellent analytical capabilities, program management experience, be comfortable diving deep into data, have strong writing skills, lead executive-level reviews, and communicate clearly and effectively to all levels of the company, both in writing and in meetings. The ideal candidate will not only raise the bar on delivering the right supply at the right time by deep diving into data but is a person who actively participates with a strong curiosity to understand the business end-to-end and has a track record of using data to influence decision-makers. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand weekly demand signal changes and impacts on subcomponents level. Fully responsible to audit forecast and exchange forecast with the supplier and ensure the supplier delivers the supply against forecast. Requires a highly motivated individual to dive deep on demand data using the limited data system we have currently. A Day in the Life

Serve as a key member of the AWS Infrastructure supply chain team in helping to define and deliver complex supply chain strategies. Design, develop and maintain scalable and reliable analytical tools, dashboards, and metrics that drive key decisions and resource prioritization. Understand the technical requirements of our partners and work closely with the internal technical teams to guide the direction of activities that will impact our supply chain. Produce written recommendations and insights for key stakeholders to help shape solution design. Handle multiple projects at once, deal with ambiguity and rapidly-changing priorities. Think through the mitigation plan if facing any supply issue and proactively communicate the supply impact to stakeholders. Our environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is hard-working, meticulous and energetic, who gets things done at an effective pace, gets results, and is comfortable working with tight deadlines and changing priorities. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Supply Chain management, Engineering, Math, Business or other related quantitative disciplines. 6+ years of relevant work experience in semiconductor manufacturing, supply chain, planning, or related field, or 3+ years of relevant work experience with an advanced degree. 4+ years of analytics experience including data mining (data analysis, modeling, creation of dashboards). 4+ years of experience in managing complex projects, programs or products. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s degree Operations, Supply Chain, or related field, or MBA. Ability to think big, understand and drive business strategy. Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong leadership skills and ability to assume leadership role with cross-functional peers. Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
