You’ll be overseeing various product areas and go-to-market strategy for new audiences we want to reach. This is an amazing opportunity to help build out the marketing foundation at Figma, work on a quickly innovating product, and be a part of a passionate user community.This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the continental United States.What you’ll do:
Lead go-to-market strategy, planning, and execution for new products and audiencesBe a strategic partner to the Product team and contribute to the future of Figma with your expertise in our market, competitors, and customersCraft differentiated messaging and positioning informed by user research and insightsRoll up your sleeves and help lead new product launches and campaigns when neededEnable our customer-facing teams to help improve sales efficiency through impactful enablement programsPartner with the broader marketing team to execute campaigns that drive new signups, expansion, and/or product adoptionBuild and coach a small team of product marketers; lead with a passion for learning and developmentHelp us build PMM team culture and processes—be it better ways to measure success, communicate as a team, share learnings, plan cross-functionally, and moreWe’d love to hear from you if you have:
10+ years in product marketing or related marketing roles in the SaaS industry4+ years hiring, coaching, and managing direct report(s) or team leadDemonstrated ability to learn new products and industries—unafraid to dive into the nitty gritty technical detailsExcellent writing and storytelling skillsDemonstrated track record of being able to lead partners at all levels, from individual contributors to senior executives. Must have experience driving executive-level conversations.While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you have:

The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
