This is a high-visibility role with regular interaction with senior Amazon leadership, and candidates should enjoy maintaining high standards under tight deadlines.Key job responsibilities:This individual will be responsible for F2 Tech business operations, including leading annual planning, tracking progress against key goals, coordinating with stakeholders across the company, and leading weekly, monthly and quarterly business performance reviews.Given the breadth of F2, there is significant room for process innovation.Minimum Qualifications:7+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience7+ years of program or project management experience7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experienceBachelor's degreeExperience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardizationExperience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvementsExperience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and qualityAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
