Summary:
The Senior Director, People & Culture Business Partner is responsible for providing strategic People and Culture leadership that aligns people strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. This role drives employee relations, people operations and performance management through innovative human resources practices, while ensuring compliance with legal standards and organizational policies. By partnering with leadership and key stakeholders, the Senior Director delivers comprehensive human resources solutions that support organizational design, workforce planning, and employee relations, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.

Leads employee relations solutions that foster a positive work environment, ensuring alignment with company values and compliance with legal standards, resulting in higher employee engagement and satisfaction.
Conduct thorough investigations into employee relations concerns, ensuring a fair and compliant process.
Drives strategic people operations by providing data-driven workforce insights through advanced analytics and metrics, informing decision-making around workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design to improve overall business performance.
Leverage technology and process automation to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work, ultimately building a robust human resources infrastructure.
Owns compliance and reporting to ensure fair and impartial processes that adhere to legal standards and organizational values, promoting a workplace culture grounded in equity and trust.
Update and maintain human resources policies by reviewing, updating, and enforcing human resources practices to meet legal and regulatory requirements, minimizing organizational risk and ensuring consistency across departments.
Leads total rewards strategy to implement best practices in compensation and benefits to attract and retain top talent, establishing a competitive and sustainable compensation structure using market data.
Collaborates with the People & Culture team to advise managers on best practices, including organizational design and effectiveness, strategic workforce planning, and performance management. Guides and coaches managers through performance improvement plans, helping to develop high-performing teams.
Ensures the confidentiality of sensitive employee data by implementing and upholding strict privacy protocols in all People and Culture processes, protecting employee information and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational data security standards.
Actively promotes an inclusive workplace environment that values and allows all individuals to feel welcome, supported, and able to contribute to their fullest potential.
Performs other work-related duties as directed by manager/supervisor.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directly oversee the People Analytics Manager, ensuring their work aligns with organizational goals and fosters a collaborative environment. This includes training, inspecting, assigning work, coaching, and performance evaluation.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED:
Supervision is provided by the Chief People Officer and includes training, inspecting, assigning work, coaching, and performance evaluation.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
