This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile cases, including white-collar defense, government enforcement, and complex commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of litigation experience, possess strong writing and organizational skills, and be eager to contribute to all aspects of litigation while working alongside experienced attorneys in a collaborative environment.Duties:Assist in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, briefs, interrogatories, and discovery requests.Participate in depositions, hearings, and other court proceedings as needed.Manage and organize large volumes of case-related information, including discovery materials.Provide support in trial preparation, including legal research, witness preparation, and document management.Collaborate with senior associates and partners to develop case strategies and deliver exceptional client service.Engage with clients as needed, maintaining professional and clear communication throughout the process.Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and clients’ needs are addressed.Requirements:2-3 years of litigation experience, preferably within a law firm setting.Strong writing, research, and organizational skills.Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn and grow within the field of litigation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.Comfort with client interaction and the ability to represent clients’ interests professionally.Must be eligible to practice in New York.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the New York State Bar is required.Skills:Strong legal writing and research skills.Experience drafting litigation documents and assisting with discovery processes.Ability to participate in depositions and court hearings effectively.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Client-focused with the ability to manage client relationships professionally.Company infoBCG Attorney Search125 Park Avenue, 25th floorNew YorkNew YorkUnited States 10017Phone :
