The Retail Client Success Manager is responsible for overseeing all facets of client utilization of the Skai management platform. The CSM is ultimately accountable for clients' satisfaction and ability to leverage Skai to drive improved campaign performance.
The ideal candidate will have great project management skills, excellent technical credentials, hands-on experience implementing Retail campaigns and most importantly, a results-oriented, consultative approach to addressing client needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Partner with clients to drive excellence and growth of their Amazon / Google / Walmart / Criteo / Kroger marketing programs Continuously build expertise in the best practices of performance and app-centered marketing Be your client’s go-to person for all things Skai Onboard and train clients on how to manage their day-to-day activity on the Skai platform Manage frontline communication with our clients on a day-to-day basis Bring value to every client interaction by understanding their business and layering Skai as a pivotal partner Assist Client Success Directors in driving client retention, and identifying business growth opportunities Communicate regularly with the customer to evaluate satisfaction Partner closely with the product development, sales, technical account management and sales engineers to drive platform innovation and capture market opportunity Definition of Success:
Client Adoption of new Skai Features Driving collaborative YoY growth Regular cadence of providing clients with usable marketing recommendations Develop strong internal and external relationships Increased share of wallet Requirements:
Demonstrable growth mindset Strong empathy for customers and a service mindset 4 years work experience including time in marketing, advertising, analyst, account management, or client services roles B.A. or B.S. required 1+ years of experience running Retail advertising campaigns on Amazon / Walmart / Criteo Microsoft Excel and other basic technical experience High level of comfort in deriving actionable insights from large data sets and ability to perform detailed client audits to identify client needs or workflow gaps Skai or other Retail Marketing platform experience preferred Agency experience preferred but not required The annual salary range for this position is $85,000-95,000. The actual salary will vary depending on the applicants experience, skills and abilities as well as internal equity and market data. This position is also eligible for additional quarterly bonus compensation through one of Skai’s highly attractive incentive plans, full details will be provided during the recruitment process.
