Become a part of our caring community and help us put health firstHumana’s Corporate Communications team is seeking an experienced Communications Lead, Enterprise Growth to join working remote anywhere in the US. As the Communications Lead, you will be responsible for the development, planning, and delivery of comprehensive communications strategies that support Humana’s Enterprise Growth organization, with special focus on Humana’s distribution team, MarketPoint. You will own and execute the overarching communications strategy for these teams and lead large-scale segment campaigns in partnership with various cross-functional colleagues. Additionally, you will provide executive-level communications support to the President of Enterprise Growth, the Senior Vice President of MarketPoint, and other senior leaders as needed.Key Role FunctionsLead internal communications strategy for the Enterprise Growth organization, implementing communications tactics that prioritize message delivery and employee engagement both within the team and to the broader organization.Advise teams and leaders on best practices and proven internal communication approaches that enable successful transformation, and deliver the tactical plans and communications materials to support them.Counsel business partners on communication strategies and execution, recommending innovative ways for teams to connect with internal stakeholders.Leverage data to implement new or enhanced communications practices for improved effectiveness and reach.Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with Corporate Communications colleagues, cross-functional business teams and company leadership.Demonstrate exceptional presentation, writing and project management skills with keen attention to detail across all tasks and deliverables.Champion new ways of working through digital tools for greater efficiencies.A successful candidate is highly skilled at strategic planning, employee engagement, executive communications, and translating company goals into effective messaging that reaches a variety of audiences. The individual must demonstrate a deep knowledge of communications channels and emerging technologies, possess exceptional communication skills (verbal and written), and connect across the business to drive alignment around communications goals, strategies and tactics.Use your skills to make an impactRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in journalism, communications, public relations, or relevant field.10+ years of recent experience in corporate communications focused on healthcare, executive communications, and employee engagement.Demonstrated history developing, implementing and measuring integrated communications strategies that drive results.Experience building and maintaining best-in-class communications experiences using a multi-channel approach.Ability to deploy enterprise communications programs to targeted stakeholders and business functions.Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders and senior leadership.Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality.Self-organized – can independently plan, lead and implement integrated communications projects.Preferred QualificationsExperience working at a large, matrixed organization.Scheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$102,200 - $140,700 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
