Join Sinch as the Head of Global Compensation & Benefits and take charge of managing rewards for our worldwide team of over 4000 employees in 50+ countries. Leading a team of experts in Sweden and the US, your role will involve harmonizing processes and structures to support our overall company transformation towards 'One Sinch'. While we are already working towards a common rewards structure across all markets, we are looking for a senior leader who can take it to the next level. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in this field and a solid understanding of our business model and value drivers.The scope of the role spans across all remuneration subject areas, including job architecture, compensation benchmarks, benefit programs, short-term incentives, mobility, executive remuneration, and global long-term incentive programs. Additionally, the role is responsible for the Sinch Performance model and process.Reporting directly to the CHRO, you are part of the Global HR Leadership Team. You will collaborate with a diverse group of senior stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, members of the Remuneration Committee, and Global Leadership Team and CEO.Responsibilities
Mature and strengthen our global Rewards strategyBuild and implement programs and corporate guidelines for Rewards (including compensation for senior executives, short and long term incentive programs job evaluation, salary structures, global mobility, pensions, insurance, health care)Develop and implement a global job architectureManage global mobilityDevelop, run, and govern job evaluation/gradingSupport Pay-for-Performance conceptsPlan and complete annual global processes, such as Merit, Bonus, STI, LTI, and the Performance cycle.Provide the organization with expertise, knowledge, strategic direction, mentorship, and supportMinimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, business or equivalent+10 years work experience within the field of Compensation & Benefits, with several years leading an international teamExperience developing and implementing global Reward Programs based on a total compensation concept globally, including design and management of STI, LTI concepts (experience must include EMEA, APAC and United States)Solid experience with executive remuneration concepts and reviewsDemonstrates strong leadership abilities by effectively guiding and motivating teams, fostering a collaborative work environment, and driving organizational goals through strategic decision-making and clear communicationExcellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively engaging and collaborating with various stakeholders - must be fluent in EnglishSenior gravitas and an ability to engage and empower through transformationStrong drive, energy, and passion, while maintaining a business focused mentality, with excellent judgment and integrityLocation in the United States in Eastern Standard Time or in SwedenCompensation and Benefits
