Acquisition Program Office Executive Assistant

Provide office management and assistance support to a government defense client. Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate governance meetings. Prepare and take meeting minutes and attendance, tracking correspondence and action items. Coordinate meeting schedules between senior government officials to ensure maximum participation of senior leaders.Basic Qualifications:2+ years of experience supporting senior leadersExperience coordinating and facilitating executive schedules and meetingsExperience coordinating office activitiesExperience using Microsoft Office Suite toolsAbility to facilitate meetings and communications with senior government officialsAbility to work onsite at least twice a weekPublic TrustBachelor's degreeAdditional Qualifications:Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skillsPossession of excellent organizational and detail-oriented skillsVetting:Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client; Public Trust determination is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions and support your total well-being.
