Job Overview
The Export Operations Specialist is responsible for managing day to day operations, communications, and processes related to air export shipments, customs brokerage, and domestic cargo.

Responsibilities and Duties
Open operation files for export shipments
Monitor and manage all assigned shipments until completion
Daily communications with customers, overseas offices/agents, local partners, and service providers
Ensure accurate customer billing and agent invoicing
Handle quotation requests from operational partners and agents and respond within a timely manner
Work with our overseas offices/agents to resolve any issues
Review standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with government regulations
Ensure the highest level of data quality and integrity by processing shipments accurately
Report anomalies in operations and new customer requirements to management for decisions on additional service requirements
Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of processing air export shipments
Experience with ocean export shipments a plus
Willingness to work rotating Saturdays as needed
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Organized and detail oriented
Excellent communication skills
Experience with CargoWise required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 tools
