Your work as the Continuous Improvement Associate includes several components:
Develop and implement CI strategies across all operational areas.
Analyze financial and operational data (qualitative and quantitative) to benchmark performance, identify improvement opportunities, and measure the impact of changes.
Develop value creation bridges, conduct forecasting and modelling activities, and maintain KPI reporting.
Support leadership in project management and the creation or improvement of processes across the site.
Influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, to develop followership for initiatives.
Create training and reference materials to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Facilitate formal and informal training to functional leads for CI initiatives.
Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in continuous improvement and change management, strong proficiency in Excel and data modeling, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They should be capable of analyzing complex data sets to develop actionable insights and have experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams. A background in finance and/or critical thinking is advantageous, along with experience in performance consulting or project management, and the ability to communicate measurables to a diverse audience.
