Breakthrough Company .We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to oversee and optimize our operations tooling stack, including major technology migrations and continuous improvement cycles. The role requires a proactive, curious, and self-motivated individual capable of managing interconnected roadmaps and ensuring seamless delivery of strategic initiatives across operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large-scale tool migrations, such as moving to Salesforce as our core CRM, and a strong ability to collaborate with technical and operations teams to drive process improvements and roadmap alignment.What you’ll do:Spearhead and manage the day to day migration of our operations tools, such as transitioning to Salesforce, ensuring projects align with business strategy and goals.Oversee continuous improvement cycles across the tooling stack to enhance operational efficiency and performance.Develop and manage interconnected roadmaps that align with various operational and business objectives, ensuring cohesive progress across projects and workstreams.Develop comprehensive project plans with clear documentation, timelines, and deliverables. Maintain thorough project documentation throughout project lifecycles.Engage with key stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment.
