Vaco Boston has partnered with our client, a highly regarded wealth management advisory firm, that is seeking a Trust Advisor.Responsibilities:

Administer trust and estate accounts and services in accordance with the clients' instructions and applicable laws, regulations, and trust agreements.Provide exceptional customer service to clients, third parties, and internal departments.Research and resolve complex trust and estate administration issues.Prepare documents, reports, and other materials related to trust and estate accounts.Prepare and review financial statements, trust accountings, and other fiduciary reports for accuracy.Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and third parties.Stay up-to-date with laws, regulations, and industry changes related to trust and estate administration.Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and trust agreements.Monitor and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.Coordinate and oversee trust and estate activities with internal departments.Qualifications:

6+ years of previous trust administration experience.Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) or commitment to obtain the designation required.Demonstrated success in a personal client service environment.Ability to handle complex, sensitive, and confidential material with good judgment.Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and editing skills.Vaco values a diverse workplace and strongly encourages women, people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, members of ethnic minorities, foreign-born residents, and veterans to apply.
