We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead all aspects of our human resources operations. This key leadership role will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions to support the company's growth, culture, and compliance objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including talent acquisition, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure smooth operations and compliance with labor laws.
Collaborate closely with the management team to assess training needs, and design and deliver effective training programs, including manuals, videos, checklists, and procedures.
Manage the performance review process, providing tracking, guidance, and support for staff and managers.
Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, vacation, personal/sick time, holidays, and retirement plans (401K), ensuring a seamless enrollment process.
Lead initiatives for employee recognition and engagement to promote a positive workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and labor law postings, while acting as the liaison with the Department of Economic Opportunity.
Champion the organization’s core values, promoting a strong employer brand and fostering a cohesive and engaged workforce.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in Human Resources Management
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
HR Professional / SHRM Certifications
Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Strong knowledge of benefits and compensation procedures
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to drive strategic HR initiatives while managing day-to-day operations.
Demonstrated success in employee engagement and performance management.
Bilingual
