Position SummaryThe Emergency Room RN is responsible for the protection, promotion, and optimization of health and well-being, prevention of illness and injury, alleviation of suffering through the diagnosis and treatment of human response, and advocacy in the care of individuals, families, communities, and populations.Education and Experience RequirementsEDUCATION:Required:Associates Degree in Nursing

Preferred:Bachelors Degree in Nursing

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:Required:Valid Iowa Nursing license or from a reciprocating stateBLSACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NRP within one year of hire
