The Flex Consumer Protection Team is looking for a Program Manager to ensure our departments are compliant with our high standard of excellence across all touchpoints of the customer journey. This person will coordinate with departments to track and manage remediation of customer pain points, develop and enhance controls, and drive visibility into our progress at all levels of the business. The ideal candidate must have a passion for customer impact, outstanding organization, communication, and relationship-building skills, and should be energized by working with multiple stakeholders in different functional areas. This person will report into the VP of Compliance and our Consumer Protection Team lead.This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations of 3 days per week in our New York Headquarters. For candidates outside of the NY/NJ area, you may be eligible for our relocation assistance program.What you’ll do
Coordinate with customer-impacting departments – including Product, Marketing, Risk, and Customer Success – to ensure friction points are eliminated to our speed and quality SLAs.Develop and maintain a clear, rigorous system through which we track progress on corrective actions and remediations, working closely with Compliance colleagues where policies overlap.Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks, and ensure we are making the right prioritization decisions.Create regular reports on remediation milestones, performance, and issues.Drive improvements to quality controls within our departments to ensure we prevent friction points from ever occurring in the first place.3-5 years of program or project management experience, preferably including experience with a high-growth tech/fintech company.Expertise in Compliance functions, such as Testing and Monitoring, and/or Policy and Procedure development, is preferred.Well honed interpersonal skills; able to drive results through others without compromising relationships and rapport.Proficiency in project management software tools and Google Suite.Familiarity with data tools like Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or Sigma.Excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.The compensation range for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks.
