Senior Product Designer to join the Caregiver Experience team

to build innovative solutions for mental healthcare providers that enhance care delivery, reduce administrative burdens, and drive clinical improvements. Your work will empower providers to deliver Precision Mental Health and achieve their business and clients’ goals.What you’ll be doingPartner closely with product, engineering, data science, and clinical experts to identify and ship meaningful and measurable impacts on Spring’s provider experience in alignment with Spring’s product strategy.Design solutions to test hypotheses and gain signals for further improvements.Help everyone across the organization understand design decisions and progress through high quality documentation and guidance.Contribute to a team of talented, hardworking, and passionate designers, fostering a positive collaborative environment of free-flowing ideas and mutual support.What success looks like in this role:Increase provider reach to clientsIncrease provider network utilizationIncrease provider NPSIncrease provider satisfactionWhat we expect from you

You’ve worked for 5+ years in product design capacity at a technology-driven organization, contributing to and leading the design of product experiences with a metrics-driven approach to design.Impact DrivenPortfolio work that demonstrates your experience transforming product objectives into solutions that are impactful to the business and users.Strong communication skills for articulating, discussing, and advocating for design decisions across the team, cross-functionally and to leadership.Deliver high quality designsGenuine interest in building accessible and inclusive products. Understanding of latest accessibility and usability standards.Excellence in service design, visual design, animation, and micro-interactions. Expertise with Figma and prototyping.Above all, you are empathetic, genuine, adaptive, resilient and curious .
