Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including BU TAs and International TAs, to understand their needs and requirements to develop impact and insights capabilities that contribute to the long-term success of the MHI organization. Engage with cross-functional leaders within Medical Affairs & Health Impact (MHI) to drive change initiatives and foster consensus among stakeholders to ensure unified direction and commitment. Break down complex, unstructured strategic and analytical problems into manageable tasks and create structured work plans that effectively address and solve these challenges. Clearly communicate challenges and proposed solutions to the executive audience. Provide strategic direction to cross-functional partners for MHI and ensure close coordination between them. Serve as a translator between BU TAs, International TAs, and the Medical Engagement team to ensure effective communication and understanding of capabilities. Implement standardized processes and frameworks for measuring end-to-end medical impact across MHI. Transform the approach to impact tracking from static, manual report generation to a real-time, dashboard-based approach. Scale Medical Engagement Blueprint across TAs. Partner with HEOR to operationalize care gap analytics across TAs. Create tools and methodologies for synthesizing insights from various sources, including field feedback, to provide actionable recommendations for the MHI organization. Identify key sources of insight for MHI, including existing and novel datasets, and develop an approach to analysis. Keep a pulse on capabilities rollouts and identify changes to future waves. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to medical impact measurement and insights synthesis. Prepare reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Continuously evaluate and improve the standards, processes, and framework for measuring medical impact and synthesizing insights, ensuring alignment with the evolving needs of the MHI organization. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or equivalent degree required. Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, MBA) highly preferred. A minimum of 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs highly preferred. Excellent communication skills, particularly in presenting to executive-level audiences. Demonstrate creative ‘out of the box’ thinking to solve difficult unstructured problems. Strong ability to deconstruct complex problems and develop structured work plans. Strong decision making under uncertainty. Stakeholder management and leadership skills in a matrix organization. Strong analytical reasoning abilities, intellectual curiosity, strong business acumen, and creativity in problem solving. Experience with current methods Analytics/Machine Learning. Broad understanding of the pharmaceutical business. Ability to effectively present ideas and document complex medical/clinical concepts and processes in both written and oral communication. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Strong preference for employee to be based in Lake County, IL. Additional Information

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
