As the owner of our localization strategy, you'll play a crucial role in driving our company's growth in international markets.As our first Localization Manager, you'll be responsible for end-to-end management of localization projects, ensuring our SaaS product, marketing, and knowledge base materials resonate with diverse global audiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive localization strategy aligned with our company's growth objectivesManage the entire localization process, from infrastructure and content creation to final delivery, ensuring quality and cultural relevanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Knowledge) to identify and execute growth opportunities in new marketsOversee localization budgets, timelines, and resources to maximize ROI on localization effortsSelect, manage, and evaluate external localization vendors and translation agenciesImplement and optimize localization tools and technologies to streamline workflows and improve efficiencyConduct market research to identify localization needs and growth opportunities in target marketsAnalyze localization performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform growth strategiesStay updated on industry trends and innovations in localization technologyRequirements4+ years of experience in localization management, preferably in the SaaS industryProven track record of building localization from scratch and driving international revenue growth through localizationStrong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environmentProficiency in localization tools and technologiesData-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
