You will be responsible for developing product strategy, defining product requirements working with global internal finance teams, influencing stakeholders and engineering teams required to deliver an impactful product.The ideal candidate for this role will have strong ownership, business and product sense combined with a solid understanding of financial and accounting concepts. You will need to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment without being hindered by ambiguity. High judgment, ability to influence, analytical talent, exceptional communications, the ability to partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders and leadership are essential to success in this role.Key job responsibilities
Develop and drive product vision and strategy in alignment with the broader financial systems visionIncorporate the needs of a large and diverse set of customers into a prioritized product roadmapIdentify and execute product led finance process transformationInfluence the tech design in partnership with engineering and making sure technology choices are aligned to customer needsIdentify and track the relevant product metrics to measure progress towards both customer impact and organizational goalsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree7+ years of technical product or program management experienceExperience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productExperience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a productExperience managing technical products or online servicesExperience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planningPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSightExperience in building and driving adoption of new toolsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
