We are looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer to join the Promotions team. Our team vision is to create an ecosystem in which customers can find a wide range of compelling promotional discounts across Amazon, and selling partners can grow their businesses through creating attractive offers to customers.
In this position, you will help define and manage goals and key performance metrics, as well as perform data deep dives to draw insights about selling partner and customer behavior that will impact product roadmaps, influence business outcomes, and contribute to documents for senior team members. The ideal candidate is a big thinker who obsesses over solving the most important customer problems, as well as an organized self-starter who breaks down projects into small pieces and adjusts plans based on customer feedback and the most recent learnings. This role entails stakeholder management, requiring coordination with worldwide partner teams, category teams, and finance.Key job responsibilities

3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experienceExperience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar toolsExperience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelinesExperience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and MatlabExperience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modelingPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and RedshiftExperience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasetsPosted:
