Job DescriptionThis position’s primary objectives: Ensure successful development and execution contracting strategy which includes monitoring rebating budgets, forecasting ASP and net cost recovery. Position will also focus on the development of analytic modeling to support the needs of market access, brand and pipeline teams to inform strategy and support business performance.Key Responsibilities Include:In close collaboration with the Director of Market Access Marketing, development of contract strategy across all channels. This includes working cross-functionally to provide marketing and analytical support through the deal process and delivering marketing resources and messaging to key internal stakeholders.Align with cross-functional team members to ensure rebating aligns with franchise strategy.Monitor and forecast Botox ASP and net cost recovery.Leverage innovative, sophisticated analytic models that address critical issues but also meet key business criteria (e.g., cost, risk, business impact) and key technical criteria (e.g., reliability, validity, and predictability).Effectively work with cross-functional partners to deliver integrated analytics reflecting the diverse contributions across the functions.Partner with MABI teams on channel and account-specific analytics.Set tone and priorities for scale and scope of accountability. Influence and persuade across multiple external and internal stakeholders and partners. Infuse AbbVie Ways of Working and Talent Philosophy in day-to-day leadership and management of the business.Lead or partner on special projects as needed in support of Botox business objectives.

QualificationsBachelor’s Degree required, with a concentration in marketing/sales/quantitative analysis preferred. Advanced degree preferred.Marketing, Market Access, and toxin experience preferred.Cross-functional experiences including field sales, finance, market analytics valued.Relevant experience in quantitative analysis of sales and marketing information is required, including use of this information in the development of business plans and strategies.Advanced experience with Buy-and-Bill pharma business model and distribution channel is a plus.Advanced agility, project management and prioritization skills.High motivation, strong work-ethic and positive attitude while working under tight timelines.
