Vaco LA is working with a company in the Manufacturing industry who is looking for an Admin Assistant to come and join their marketing team. As a Marketing Assistant, key responsibilities will include managing incoming marketing requests and projects, following up with vendors, and managing POs. This opportunity is located in the City of Industries and will be fully in the office. This opportunity is looking to pay between $20-$25/hr for a 3 month temp assignment.

Managing all incoming marketing requestsManaging all marketing timelines and POsFollowing up with vendorsOther ad hoc admin related dutiesExperience working with an Ad or Graphic Design agency is a plusOver a year of Marketing Admin experience is a mustExperience using MS Office Suite, Excel, and Adobe SuitesBachelor's Degree or AA preferred
