Precise Systems seeks an experienced
Program Management Analyst Senior
to provide program management support services to the PMA-205 Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) through all phases of Naval Aviation training system acquisition for all Naval Aviation platforms.
Duties:
Brief the Captain (O6) weekly
Coordinate secure conference rooms for our classified meetings
Manage and track SPIDS and PIDs
Handle all financial tasks in regard to execution and spend plan management
Attend weekly ATLaS Team meetings
Provide weekly updates to the ATLaS Team meeting finance slide
Create WAAs and NON WAAs
Track expenditures
Provide weekly updates during my ATLaS Financial meeting
Provide reminders for weekly updates to ATLaS Team slides for group
Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
Tracks program/project status and schedules.
Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Experience:
10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
Prior naval aviator experience is desired.
Education:
Bachelors Degree
MA/MS desired
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
