Job Summary
The Sr Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving product marketing strategies that align the sales and marketing teams to the overall product goals and objectives of the Patient Relationship Management (PRM) and Patient Demand Generation (PDG). As a Sr PMM, you will work closely with product managers and cross-functional teams on new releases and general marketing activity preparedness. Produce documents to guide program marketing, including marketing requirement documents, positioning documents, launch plans, and competitive briefs. You will be an expert in buyers, how they buy, and their buying criteria, and be able to transfer that knowledge to the marketing team and sales channel. Provide the sales team with sales enablement tools to improve effectiveness and ensure customers are paired with appropriate solutions to best meet their needs.

What You'll Do
Craft, initiate and lead go-to-market strategy for all PRM and PDG productsAlign internal and external messaging, creating needed sales materials, and laying out an achievable customer experience across all GTM teams (sales, marketing, product, customer success, etc.)Responsible for creating messaging and positioning that aligns with relevant personas and market need/fitCreate problem statements, value propositions and clear feature/benefit statementsWork closely with several product managers to determine the best way to position our products in relation to the HS1 portfolio, our major competitors, and customers' needsDeep-dive analysis of major competitors in the PRM and PDG spaces as well as production of needed sales materials to successfully position HS1 against them (battle cards, sales decks, data sheets, white papers, customer success stories, etc.) to provide sales team with materials for presenting at sales channel events, tradeshows, and user conferencesSeek out and understand external market forces that may change customer perception and/or needsContinuous understanding of the PRM/PDG customer base to understand product fit, adoption, etc., and share insights with GTM and product teamsWork closely with the program marketing team to develop strategies and priorities for demand generationDevelop release plans to ensure proper market alignment and the successful introduction of new products and services into the marketProvide input for interactive marketing activities, written content, and online activityAssist in creating baseline marketing performance metrics and setting marketing campaign goals
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product marketing and/or product managementBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldCreative, out-of-the-box marketing thinker with a foundation in technology (software) and experience in the healthcare and/or dental industryDemonstrate knowledge and skills in 8 of the 15 categories in the Pragmatic Marketing Framework aligned with product marketing managementAbility to mentor and teach more junior product marketing managersKnowledge of product marketing tools, including launch plans, messaging maps, positioning documents, MRDs and competitive briefsAbility to deliver presentations in small and large group settingsAbility to initiate, perform and analyze market research projectsAbility to build partnerships at all levels within the company and externallyAbility to resolve complex issues in effective ways
The posted range for this position is
$83,520.00 - $124,470 , which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a
10% bonus
not reflected in the posted range.
