Position Summary

Responsible for timely HR service to customers. Uses a case management tool for tracking requests and provides information, responds to questions, and resolves problems at a tier 3 case level relating to compensation administration, policies, procedures, and programs for prospective, current and former team members across the enterprise. Case inquiries and resolution may include management of compensation that occurs during the employment life cycle.

Leads the implementation and administration of compensation projects and initiatives. Ensures maintenance, legal compliance, utilization reporting and recommendations for process improvement. Assists with the management of day to day team operations, compliance with applicable standards, coordinating audits and recommending process improvements and changes. Serve as a subject matter expert for administration and management of compensation.

Supports the implementation and administration of compensation plan(s) and strategies. Assists key stakeholders with compensation-related issues, providing excellent customer service to team members and leadership. Manages projects such as survey participation and analysis and compensation integration for key organizational projects. Supports team member and leadership communication, education and understanding in matters related to compensation administration. Collaborates on a variety of projects, including design, analysis, budgeting, and implementation of new programs.

Serves as liaison with third party vendors providing services to the enterprise and ensures accuracy of exchange of data. Ensures management of vendor relationships, evaluating performance, coordinating audits and recommending process and vendor changes. Develops team member and leadership communication, education and enrollment materials for compensation administration and management.

Responsibilities

Compensation Analysis

Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitive compensation practices

Evaluate job positions to dtermine classification and salary

Analyze internal and external salary data to recommend adjustments

Program Development

Design and implement compensation programs, including base pay incentives and bonuses

Develop and maintain job descriptions and salary structures

Create compensation policies and procedures

Compliance and Reporting

Ensure compliance with federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations

Prepare and present reports on compensation trends and metrics

Conduct audits to ensure sate accuracy and compliance

Consultation and Support

Provide guidance to HR and management on compensation-related issues

Assist in the development of performance management and reward systems

Support annual salary review processes and budget planning

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Adminsitration or related field

Certified Compensation Professional Designation preferred

PHR or SPHR certification preferred

EXPERIENCEMinimum of 5+ years experience in compensation analysis related field

Experience with compensation software and HRIS systems
