About The Team

Come join our global delivery team who is responsible for delivery from E2E supporting various stakeholders including line of business, strategic product, operations and engineering. We work collaboratively across the organization to deliver complex initiatives for our customers. We are seeking an advanced professional individual contributor role who can resolve complex issues requiring in-depth knowledge and skills of payments and technology.

What You'll Own

You will be delivering on global projects as a

Program Manager - Technology . You will be responsible for driving results for bringing the business value to life. You will ensure that all of the requirements from stakeholders are understood by the teams delivering. Your responsibility will be through to production delivery and warranty period. Highly experienced professional with broad experience and unique knowledge. Expert career individual contributor role. Able resolve highly complex problems and is regarded as a leader and expert in their field. Plans and coordinates all aspects of projects and programs from initiation through delivery. Develops, defines and executes project & program plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets and deliverables. Interacts with product development, sales, client relationship teams, technology teams, service delivery and/or other cross-functional teams. Leads activities and tasks among project team members, other internal departments and client or third party vendors as needed to meet project goals and ensure project completion is on schedule, within budget constraints and of the appropriate quality standards for the project scope. May manage the integration of vendor/subcontractor tasks and track and review vendor/subcontractor deliverables, if appropriate for the project. Conducts project closure activities to formalize and communicate the project acceptance, handover documentation and ongoing activities to accountable teams and complete a post-implementation review to identify areas of improvement. Responsibilities include leading cross functional activities, daily, while advising and escalating if not executing scope to plan with quality, within budget and timeframe, mitigating risks and removing roadblocks, while exceeding expectations. Other related duties assigned as needed. What You Bring

Experience managing and leading large complex projects with a team of 85-250 + team members, an budget over $4M, and a program duration 18- 24+ months Seeking 10 or more years' experience managing technical projects in financial services or a related industry or a related technical field, e.g., application development, technology integration, consulting. Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to navigate in a fast-paced environment while being open to learning new products/ applications, frameworks, and processes. Being a skilled negotiator for complex projects and different stakeholders while being a team player Experience working in payments, technology or banking industries and outstanding time management skills prioritize your work effectively and work efficiently. Added Bonus if you have:

Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $123,810.00 - $207,980.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
