DEFINITION OF RESPONSIBILITYResponsibilities include, documentation of existing systems and changes; providing support and problem resolution for an enterprise network with over 1000 routers and switches and more than 300 remote sites; working with Network Engineers on projects; sharing rotatational on-call duties throughout the year; assisting with maintaining network connectivity in a 24 x 7 environment; assisting in the installation of new systems; perform preventive maintenance as necessary; interacting with various vendors on problem issues and RMA requests; assisting Network Engineers with infrastructure support as needed; attending status and project meetings; responding promptly to service requests; and maintaining logs and status reports as required.

Education:
Associate's Degree in information technology, computer science, computer engineering, or a related field from an accredited college or university;
Experience:
At least two (2) years hands on experience in a multi-platform/vendor networking environment, including Cisco platforms.
Experience must include work demonstrating thorough knowledge of the following technologies: TCP/IP, LAN & WAN technology; packet analysis; network security solutions.
CCNA, or additional relevant experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required education. If substituting experience for education, your application must demonstrate appropriate relevant experience in order to meet the required qualifications.

Holidays
