Maximize the gross profit of the company by managing employee performance and productivity.Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of HVAC service technicians and installation crews to maximize every opportunity to drive sales.Prepare bid estimates.Prepare employee work schedules and fill in as needed for absent employees.Recommend adjustments in employment positions based on current and projected workload.Provide training to employees to enhance their job performance and sense of purpose.Enforce company policies and procedures to optimize man hours and minimize costs.Manage contract services to complete projects below budget and ahead of schedule while ensuring quality workmanship.Ensure timely submission of accurate time sheets and other required reports by employees.Implement and enforce company safety programs, policies, and procedures to minimize safety incidents and violations.Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.Attend weekly management meetings and report on weekly results.Perform direct work on projects or service calls if time permits, without compromising primary management responsibilities.Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services performed and take corrective action if needed.Perform other duties as directed by management.Qualifications
5+ years of leadership experience in both service (troubleshooting) and installation work in the Residential Market.Proven track record of driving sales.Universal EPA Certification.
