Diaper Stork is looking for a seasoned Marketing Manager who has a broad range of experience in both digital marketing and brand management. This role will report to the CEO/Owner of Diaper Stork. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the cross-section of the re-use economy and early parenthood. Diaper Stork can offer a breadth of challenging work over 2 brands (Diaper Stork and Boo), flexible hours, and a shorter work week to balance work and personal life.

This role requires a mix of strategy, creativity, analytical, and outreach.

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote both Diaper Stork and BOO diapers. You will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth on a small budget. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of creative thinking, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of marketing principles. You are hands-on and will also be happy executing.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the overall brand and marketing strategy

Plan, create, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.)

Create product and packaging design as needed

Execute and analyze advertisement spend

Conduct research on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies

Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO

Assist in the creation and execution of Google AdWords campaigns

Create and distribute digital content, such as blog posts, videos, and infographics

Analyze website traffic and other digital marketing metrics and communicate results

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field

3 - 5 years of experience in marketing related field

Experience with product or brand management

Familiarity with SEO and SEM techniques

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Canva or other design software, and social media management tools

Strong organizational and project management skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Type:

Part-time

Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
