The successful candidate will work closely with partners and clients to provide high-quality legal representation and strategic counsel.Duties:

Represent clients in financial services litigation matters, including securities, banking, investment management, and regulatory compliance disputes.Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and arguments.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Manage discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, conducting document reviews, and preparing witnesses for deposition.Attend court hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and other proceedings.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal issues related to financial services litigation.Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to effectively manage cases and meet client needs.Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting financial services litigation.Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Illinois State Bar or ability to waive in.3+ years of experience practicing financial services litigation at a law firm or in-house legal department.Strong understanding of financial services laws and regulations.Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Education:
