Doc Side Veterinary Medical Center is looking for an associate Veterinarian to join our compassionate team in Baltimore, MD. Located in historic Fells Point, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch care for dogs, cats, and exotic pets. As a veterinarian here, you'll work in a Fear Free™ certified practice that emphasizes high-quality, empathetic care, advanced diagnostics, and client education.

You Will Love: Providing client education and comprehensive preventive care, treating both acute and chronic disease cases, and performing a variety of soft tissue surgical and dentistry procedures, such as spay/neuter, mass removals, foreign bodies, dental extractions, etc. Working with our collaborative, 5-doctor team and skilled support staff in a great clinic facility with industry-leading and up-to-date equipment Enhancing your practical veterinary skills through in-clinic training, seminars and wet labs, and other professional development opportunities Mentorship and opportunities to cultivate relationships with other veterinarians The ability to be able to pursue your passion for exceptional animal care without sacrificing a healthy work-life balance Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university, or equivalent Active licensure in good standing to practice in the state of Maryland Experienced in companion animal wellness and preventive care medicine A commitment to the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics Passion for collaborating with other doctors, staff and leadership to improve patient outcomes and to drive clinic success Benefits

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and relevant credentials with an annual base salary range of $110,000 - $160,000 plus a percentage of production, with additional compensation components which may be included such as sign-on bonus and other pay incentives.
