We are looking for a data-driven Marketing Data Analyst to join the Individual and Family (I&F) Marketing team. This role is responsible for using analytics tools, data platforms, and internal databases. Leading sophisticated marketing analysis and socialize key insights to ensure partners across the Marketing Department can make informed decisions about how to attract and retain members.

The pay range for this position In Western Washington varies between $71,100.00 - $99,450.00, and for Eastern Washington varies between $60,435.00 - $84,533.00. Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Delta Dental of Washington and Arcora Foundation intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay will also be adjusted based on the candidate's geographic location.

Extract insights on member behavior acquired through marketing channel using analytics tools, data platforms, and internal databases.Proactively investigate root causes of aberrant data and find opportunities for optimization.Create and maintain dashboard views for the most requested marketing reports, ensuring data is clear, accessible, and valuable. Design and implement experiments vital to improve efficiency, drive growth, and lead to marketing investment decisionsIdentify and recommend improvements to data sources and critical metric definitions to optimizing marketing investmentsPartner both across organization with other BI managers, as well as with the marketing team to predict team needs (particularly with the Customer Insights team)Utilize tools such as GA4 to track media performance, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.Lead quantitative research initiatives, maintain data integrity, and manage databases to support ongoing analysis.Experience, skills, and education do you need to have to succeed in the position:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field; or equivalent experience.2 years of proven experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related field.Proficiency with Snowflake, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics GA4), and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI).Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Familiarity with SQL and database management.Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.Experience in a consumer-focused industry and culture passionate about delighting customers required
