YOUR ROLE
As a
Director of
Supply Chain Analytics
in the Data Driven Transformation Practice of Capgemini Invent, you will help clients across sectors and industries transform and improve their operations by leveraging insights from underlying supply chain processes and associated data. You will guide the development of innovative data-driven solutions and AI/ML use cases. You will provide supervision and hands-on delivery support — advising our clients and consultants on solution approach, design, implementation, and roll-out.
Drive Supply Chain Analytics deals, locating and cultivating opportunities for improvement and business growth within supply chain analytics domains.
Provide strategic leadership to guide the company's direction, aligning business goals with market opportunities and ensuring long-term growth and success.
Define and oversee data/AI analytics solution approaches and technical designs, providing guidance on development, testing, and deployment in the areas of Demand planning, forecasting, inventory analysis, logistics, etc.
Strengthen the company's brand presence and thought leadership in the supply chain space, positioning the company as a trusted leader in innovative solutions.
Lead the development of assets and frameworks for selling and delivering supply chain solutions, streamlining service offerings and enhancing go-to-market strategies.
Build client trust through close collaboration, driving projects and managing risks.
YOUR PROFILE
The right candidate will possess 12+ years of experience working in a consulting/advisory environment where they focused on Supply Chain Transformation using AI Analytics.
Proven experience working in the business consulting industry, driving supply chain analytics advisory and technical solutions.
Focus Areas: Inventory planning, demand forecasting, logistics, supply optimization
Industries: Consumer Products and Retail, MALS (Manufacturing, Automotive and Life Sciences), or Energy & Utilities.
Knowledge of data acquisition, distribution, processing and visualization technologies used in the Supply Chain domain (sensors, RFID, IoT, data platforms, dashboarding and BI tools).
Proficient in supply chain management (SCM) tools like SAP IBP, Oracle SCM, Kinaxis, or Blue Yonder for demand planning, inventory optimization, and logistics management.
Strong understanding of the value of data, with experience in processing transactional and time-series data from various sources, applying predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI to improve supply chain processes such as forecasting, demand planning, and risk mitigation.
Ability to identify opportunities for process and technology improvement, defining data-driven use cases and creating associated business cases.
Experience facilitating dynamic workshops with clients to identify pain-points, desires, current state, solution paths, solution designs, etc.
Education: Advance Degree, M.S. or MBA with STEM background
