Our goal is to enhance the customer experience by making property management more straightforward and efficient.Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing our customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and success with ManageCasa’s software. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management within software, especially in property management or similar fields. They should be passionate about building strong relationships, solving customer issues, and driving value for our users.Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring they fully understand and utilize ManageCasa’s features.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.- Monitor customer health metrics, usage, and satisfaction, proactively addressing issues or challenges.- Collaborate closely with the Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process and continued engagement with the platform.- Conduct regular check-ins, training sessions, and Q&A calls to keep clients updated on new features and improvements.- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your accounts to expand product adoption.- Serve as the voice of the customer, providing valuable feedback to the product and engineering teams to enhance the platform.- Develop and maintain an understanding of property management practices to better support our clients.Qualifications:- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in a software environment, ideally with knowledge of the property management industry.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.- Familiarity with CRM software and customer success tools is a plus.Why Join ManageCasa?- Be part of an innovative, fast-growing company that is transforming property management.- Work in a supportive, collaborative environment with a team dedicated to customer success.- Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have the skills to make a positive impact at ManageCasa, we would love to hear from you!
