In this role, you will be responsible for Salesforce and marketing automation projects, systems administration, platform configuration, licensing management, maintenance, end-user support and working cross-departmentally to refine and improve business processes.This role plays a vital part in our Business Transformation Office (BTO), a key department within Laserfiche. BTO is dedicated to developing cutting-edge, enterprise-wide solutions that transform how we work.Location:Hybrid: Three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) in-office in Long Beach, CARemote work from home on Mondays and FridaysAbout the Role – Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management (10%)Lead Salesforce-related projects from planning to execution, including requirements gathering, project scope, budget, timeline, contracts, and implementationsCollaborate with stakeholders to define and document project goals, deliverables and align Salesforce solutions with business objectivesProactively identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce capabilities to drive innovation and improve business processesSalesforce Configuration and Optimization (50%)Manage and implement marketing automation platforms and Salesforce configurations, including standard/custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, Lightning pages, validation rules and formula fieldsDevelop and update project documentation including design documents, data flow diagrams, test plans, run books and end user documentationCreate and update declarative automation (flows, processes, workflows) to streamline business processes and increase efficiencyOptimize Salesforce for scalability, performance and user experience based on evolving business needsDashboard and Reporting (20%)Create and maintain customized Salesforce reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into the sales pipeline, customer experience, support and other areasEnsure data accuracy working with Sales Operations and alignment with OKRs for various departmentsAdministration and Security (20%)Manage user roles, permissions, and access within Salesforce to maintain security best practices and ensure cost-effective allocation of licenses and usageOnboard new users and provide training sessions to promote effective use of SalesforceOffer ongoing support for user inquiries, troubleshooting issues and identifying areas for improvementImplement and enforce Salesforce and marketing automation platform security, profiles, permission sets and sharing settings to protect data and comply with security policiesConduct regular security audits, including monitoring user permissions and access to sensitive informationRespond to data subject requests and support ongoing data privacy and security initiativesAbout You – Essential QualificationsSalesforce Administrator certification required, along with optional additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ Specialist, Experience Cloud)Configuration and administration experience with Sales Cloud requiredExperience with Service Cloud, CPQ and Revenue Cloud preferredExcellent project management, problem-solving and multi-tasking abilitiesProven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and thrive in small, dynamic team environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teamsSelf-starter with a focus on innovation and continuous improvementBachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, math, or related fields3 - 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce AdministratorThe salary range varies, and pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, certifications (if applicable), candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills and years of experience amongst other factors.$105,000 - $140,000 per yearPerks & Benefits at a GlanceGenerous time off:
