Senior Insider Threat Analyst with security clearance

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Threat Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in counterintelligence, counterterrorism, and insider threat analysis. This role requires a keen ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and assess potential threats to the organization. There are multiple openings at multiple clearance levels, up to and including TS SCI with a Poly
Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth threat assessments and develop comprehensive threat profiles.Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to identify and prioritize potential threats.Monitor and analyze relevant data sources to detect anomalies and suspicious activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate threats and protect sensitive information.Stay abreast of emerging threats and trends in the threat landscape.Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in counterintelligence, HUMINT, counterterrorism, and/or insider threat analysis.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.Proficiency in threat analysis tools and methodologies.Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and legal/regulatory requirements.Experience with tools such as Analyst Notebook, UEBA, SIEM, IAM, and data visualization.Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., cybersecurity, intelligence, criminal justice).Experience working within the US Intelligence Community.Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Security+, CCITP, CISSP, CISM).Knowledge of behavioral analysis and psychology related to insider threats.Active security clearance and eligibility for Top Secret/SCI clearance.
This position requires a high level of discretion, judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
