Administrative Assistant - Prestigious Consulting Firm - Onsite in Central Los Angeles - $60,000-75,000 Our client is looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to assist with the hectic day-to-day of numerous busy executives and ad-hoc projects. This opportunity offers an incredible career path for someone eager and motivated to make an impact Responsibilities Heavy scheduling, calendar management, email correspondence, etc. Facilitate daily operations related to the office - partnering with vendors, opening mail, setting up conference rooms, etc. Observing, reviewing and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made Supporting HR leadership in the building of new procedures/policies - onboarding, new hire orientation, etc. Requirements and skills Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant in a professional services environment Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred Comfortability in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
