Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of Residential/commercial field experienceCFC, EPA and NATE certified preferredValid driver's licenseClean neat appearance, positive attitude and demeanorAbility to adapt, be flexible and thrive in a fast paced environmentEfficiency in working with sheet metal and duct-workVocational school degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities:
Complete quality HVAC installation jobs on or below budgeted labor hoursEducate clients on equipment or systems operation, available programs and ensure complete client satisfactionFollow company procedures to improve sales and installation in a timely mannerMaintain cleanliness on all jobsites, company vehicles and any assigned areasAssist warehouse person as requested with pulling jobs and partsOwn the necessary tools and/or equipment required to complete installationsMaintain a valid driver's license and be insurable by company insurance carrierProcess and complete all paperwork on a daily basisBe safety conscience on the jobsite, in the company vehicles and in the warehouseObtain CFC, EPA, NATE and safety certifications
