Job Summary
We are seeking a Full stack Java Developer to join our team in the HR and Benefits domain. The ideal candidate will participate in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and work on developing highly scalable, distributed systems. This role involves collaborating with product managers, analysts, architects, and engineers to design, develop, test, and implement robust technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
•Participate in the SDLC, including planning, construction, testing, reviews, and demonstrations.
•Develop and maintain highly scalable, distributed, and compute-intensive systems.
•Create design documents, write programs, and package, test, configure, and deploy software.
•Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and engineers to plan, design, and implement IT solutions.
•Develop and refine software deliverables, increasing system information availability via APIs.
•Review and create system, software, and functional design specifications.
•Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.
•Work with Product Owners to understand business and quality requirements.
Required Qualifications
•Experience in Java Spring Boot and Angular.
•Familiarity with Microservices architecture.
•Knowledge of AWS cloud services.
•Proficiency in JavaScript.
•Junior to mid-level developer with relevant industry experience.
Preferred Qualifications
•Ability to work independently and with local teams.
•Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Bachelors Degree
