IT Support Specialist

Our client is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join their team in Miami, FL. This client is a supply chain organization whos office is in the Blue Lagon area This will be a full time position, providing in person and remote technical support for internal employees. Some standard issues that are most common involve assisting with Active Directory user accounts, printer and device connectivity, basic networking troubleshooting, MS Teams/Office issues, and more. This role will be 4 days in office and 1 day remote (Monday or Friday) so the majority of support will be in person and strong customer service and communication skills are required. This is an hourly paid, full-time role with a pay range of $25-28/hr.
