As our Assertive Engagement (AE) Team Lead, you will ensure that AE clients receive optimal care and that services provided are consistent with different scopes of work, in conjunction with the Program Supervisor.

The AE Team Lead provides direct care services to identified clients. This role also includes elements of staff management and development and administrative oversite of program specific tasks.

This is a community-based role covering Wake, Durham, Orange, Cumberland, and Harnett counties (NC) -

we provide mileage reimbursement!

Pay

Starting pay for this role is $22.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, flexible daytime hours.

You would receive 10 paid holidays as well as PTO hours which would accrue at a rate of 10 hours per month. After 6 months you would be eligible to enroll in our 401(k) plan which has a 4% match. for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF).

Job Responsibilities of an Assertive Engagement Team LeadProvide supervision to providers including direct observation and evaluation of model fidelityDevelop and support providers toward independent practice and to fully meet job requirementsEnsure follow up with supervisees' documents including but not limited to: failed activities, service notes, authorizations, person centered plans, NC TOPPS, etc.Conduct a minimum of bi-weekly individual supervisionFacilitate team meetingsResponsible for the successful growth of the caseload and management of the different providersAid in development of functional skills with assigned caseload (managing medication routines, budgeting skills, learning how to access health care, independent daily living skills, etc.)Provide linkage to community resourcesRecognize and appropriately respond to conditions that constitute an emergencyQualifications of an Assertive Engagement Team Lead

Education and Experience

One year experience in community intervention and crisis servicesOne to three years' experience working in community mental health settingCertifications

Active NC Peer Support Specialist certification - we can help you obtain upon hire!Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
